On the 29th, Kim posted on his Facebook, "What would people say if speakers were installed on the building next door, continuously playing curse words by Governor Lee Jae-myung's sister-in-law, and a mural satirizing an actress's scandal was painted on the wall?" He added, "Opposition supporters do not engage in such filthy and disgraceful acts."
Kim further stated, "They may claim freedom to paint any picture on their own building, but turning unverified, trivial rumors related to the leading opposition candidate into accepted facts by painting a mural to politically defame a specific candidate to the general public goes beyond private property rights; it is political 'tyranny' and a 'atrocity.'"

Kim said, "Seeing the Julie mural owner irresponsibly spreading unverified nonsense in the city center reminds me of the Gwanghwamun mass protests that opposed the Korea-US FTA, claiming American beef caused mad cow disease," adding, "Now American beef has become a safe food enjoyed by our people."
