Inter-Korean Military Authorities Hold Call at 9 AM via West Sea Military Communication Line
[Asia Economy Yang Nak-gyu, Military Specialist Reporter] On the 28th, the second day after the restoration of the inter-Korean communication hotline, calls through the military communication line were conducted normally.
On this day, a military official stated, "At 9 a.m., regular calls through the West Sea district military communication line were conducted normally, and the East Sea district communication line is still attempting connection due to technical issues."
The inter-Korean military authorities had regular calls at 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. before the disconnection. Wired calls via optical cable and fax transmission and reception for document exchange are operating normally.
