Earlier, when the Nonhyeon-dong residence was auctioned off and sold for 11.156 billion won, the former president and his wife filed an administrative lawsuit against KAMCO and applied for a suspension of execution. However, the Administrative Court of Seoul, Administrative Division 11 (Chief Judge Kang Woo-chan) dismissed their application on the 23rd.
