Dongshin University Operates '4th Industry Maker Camp' for High School Students in Gwangju and Jeonnam Regions
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Yoon Jamin] The Makerspace Project Group at Dongshin University announced on the 26th that it conducted the '2021 4th Industrial Revolution Maker Camp' for five days starting from the 19th at the Dongshin University Energy Cluster in Bitgaram-dong, Naju-si, Jeollanam-do.
For about 20 high school students from Gwangju and Jeollanam-do areas, the program included ▲ PC and smartphone hacking experience ▲ Sparkling LED dreamcatcher ▲ DIY 3D printer making ▲ Arduino dancing bot creation ▲ Solar-powered unmanned vehicle program.
Additionally, as part of the PC and smartphone hacking experience program, a hacking competition was held, selecting and awarding four teams.
The Dongshin University Makerspace Project Group plans to continuously provide opportunities for youth in the Gwangju and Jeollanam-do regions to easily realize ideas in daily life by activating the local makers culture through various maker education programs.
