Paldo Collaborates Uniquely with Paris Baguette... Launches 'Paldo Bibim Bread' Mixed with Right and Left Hands
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Paldo and Paris Baguette announced on the 22nd that they have joined hands to launch ‘Paldo Bibim Bread.’
This unique collaboration was planned targeting the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z), who seek novelty and uniqueness. Through this collaboration, Paldo plans to supply bibim sauce sufficient to produce 600,000 bibim breads, aiming to increase sales and enhance brand awareness.
The collaborative products include three types: ▲Croquette mixed with the right hand ▲Triangle bulgogi mixed with the left hand ▲Sausage salad mixed with both hands, applying the bibim noodle CM song to the product names. Each combines main ingredients such as vegetables, sausage, and meat with crispy fried bread and bibim sauce, elevating the flavor to the next level. Additionally, the packaging, featuring product names printed on a blue floral pattern, instantly evokes Paldo Bibim Noodles, adding to the visual enjoyment.
Gahyun Lee, Paldo’s marketing manager, said, “Paldo Bibim Sauce pairs well with various foods, leading to continuous collaboration inquiries,” and added, “We will continue to introduce products using Paldo Bibim Sauce and enhance brand awareness.”
The new products are limited to the summer season and will be sold until August 31. They can be found at over 3,400 Paris Baguette stores nationwide.

Meanwhile, Paldo Bibim Sauce, launched in 2017, was developed in response to consumer demand to release the Paldo Bibim Noodles liquid soup separately as a product. This summer, the brand line was strengthened by introducing ‘Paldo Bibimjang Chojang.’
