[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] Casamia announced on the 21st that CEO Lim Byung-seon participated in the 'Children's Traffic Safety Relay Challenge' to prevent children's traffic accidents.
CEO Lim Byung-seon joined the Children's Traffic Safety Challenge after being nominated by CEO Han Cheol-gyu of Hansol Paper. He nominated Jeon Sang-soo, Deputy Chief of Legislation at the National Assembly, and Kim Se-jung, CEO of Donghaeng Lottery Co., Ltd., as the next participants in the campaign.
The Children's Traffic Safety Challenge is a campaign started by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety in December last year to prevent children's traffic accidents. It aims to establish a traffic culture where children are prioritized in school zones (child protection areas) and to build public consensus, with active participation from the general public, celebrities, and corporate CEOs.
Participants who are nominated hold a placard with the slogan selected through a national idea contest: "Stop at 1, Look both ways at 2, Wait for 3 seconds, Prevent with 4 actions," take a photo, and share it on social media. After participating, they nominate the next participant for the campaign.
CEO Lim conveyed his message through a short video about 15 seconds long to add meaning to his participation. The video is available on Casamia's official Instagram channel.
