According to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's Comprehensive Traffic Information Center, as of 3:15 PM, vehicle traffic is not allowed in both directions on the underpass section of Sacheon Bridge. Around 2:50 PM, the water level of Bulgwangcheon in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, rose, leading to the closure of both directions on the underpass section of Jeungsan Bridge.
