Park Ji-won’s Son-in-Law: "I Used Drugs but Had No Intent to Smuggle"

The lawyer of Samsung Electronics Executive Director A, who is Park's son-in-law, argued at the trial held at the Seoul Central District Court, Criminal Division 24 (Presiding Judge Jo Yong-rae), that there was no intent to smuggle drugs and that he was not even aware whether there were drugs in his bag upon entry. However, it was reported that he admitted to using ecstasy and smoking marijuana after entering the country.
