View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Ji-hee] Dong-A Socio Holdings announced on the 19th that it will implement a flexible dress code for employees of the Dong-A Socio Group. Accordingly, employees of Dong-A Socio Holdings, as well as Dong-A ST and Dong-A Pharmaceutical, can work in attire that enhances work efficiency according to the time, place, and occasion (TPO).
This flexible dress code was established to create a flexible work environment and increase work efficiency through free and comfortable clothing.
Dong-A Socio Holdings first introduced "Casual Day" in October 2017 to build a flexible organizational culture. Initially designated as the third Friday of every month, Casual Day was expanded to every Friday starting last year. With this full implementation, employees can now come to work in attire suited to their individual job characteristics regardless of the day of the week.
