Hanse Dream Achieves Q1 Sales Target... Performance Bonuses Paid to All Employees
[Asia Economy Reporter Seungjin Lee] Hanse Dream, a leading domestic infant and children's clothing company, announced on the 19th that it has achieved its sales and operating profit targets for the first quarter of 2021 and has paid performance bonuses company-wide.
All brands under Hanse Dream's business exceeded their sales targets for the first quarter of this year, achieving profitability. 'Moimoln' surpassed both sales and operating profit targets and received a 100% performance bonus. 'Curlysu', 'Play Kids Pro', and 'Levi's Kids' also succeeded in achieving their targeted sales performance, setting a company-wide record of operating profit surplus for the first quarter, resulting in all employees receiving a 75% performance bonus.
In the first quarter of this year, as school attendance partially expanded in the first semester, there was a surge in parents opening their wallets due to the new semester demand. Additionally, the 'one-mile wear look', comfortable to wear indoors and near home, emerged as a new trend, and Hanse Dream brand products, which combine stylish appearance and functionality, led to increased sales, according to Hanse Dream's analysis.
Hanse Dream pays performance bonuses four times a year based on whether each department meets its targets. This is intended to boost the morale of employees who work hard for the company and to provide a better working environment.
