UN Secretary-General to Skip Tokyo Olympics

According to Kyodo News and other foreign media on the 16th, the UN Secretary-General's spokesperson office stated, "There are no plans for Secretary-General Guterres to visit the Tokyo Olympics."
Secretary-General Guterres had been coordinating with the Japanese government to attend the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympics, but it is reported that he has finally decided not to participate.
