[Sejong=Asia Economy Reporter Son Seon-hee] Prime Minister Kim Boo-kyum will attend the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) special summit held via video conference on the 16th.

Leaders from 21 APEC member countries will attend this meeting. It has been reported that U.S. President Joe Biden and Russian President Vladimir Putin have also expressed their intention to participate.
