Watch the Tokyo Olympics Live Broadcast on Naver
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Naver Sports announced on the 15th that it has secured the online broadcasting rights for the Tokyo Summer Olympics, which will be held from the 23rd.
Naver Sports plans to provide live broadcasts of the Tokyo Summer Olympics events and VOD content of major matches.
They have also launched a special page featuring introduction videos of the national teams. On the special pages for mobile and PC, they intend to operate major match news with 33 issue cards by sport and special templates.
Video content introducing all 232 members of the Republic of Korea national team has been prepared, creating a space where fans can support each athlete.
The player support service includes a voice search cheering feature developed with new technology. For example, by pressing voice search on the Naver app and shouting "Kim Yeon-koung fighting," users are automatically connected to the support page for that athlete.
