Coinone had suspended telephone consultations in February due to COVID-19. However, since the beginning of this year, it has continued to provide customer consultation services through chat consultations and one-on-one inquiries. In April, an offline customer center also began operations.
Telephone consultations will be available on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The offline customer center located in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, will be open on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., while online customer services such as one-on-one chat consultations and KakaoTalk consultations will be available 24 hours a day.
Coinone explained that with the increase in customer consultation channels, customer convenience will also improve. According to Coinone, after operating the offline customer center, the volume of chat consultation inquiries has decreased by about 56%.
