In the weekly women's golf world rankings announced on the morning of the 13th (Korean time), she jumped 4 spots from 18th place last week. She accumulated points by winning a come-from-behind victory at the Dabo House D Open of the Korean Ladies Professional Golf Association (KLPGA) Tour, which ended on the 11th at Seowon Valley Golf Course in Paju, Gyeonggi Province. This is her 6th win of the season and 10th overall since winning the McCol·Monapark Open on the 20th of last month. Park Min-ji started this year ranked 41st in the world and jumped 27 spots over 7 months. Nelly Korda (USA) maintained her No. 1 position for the third consecutive week, followed by Ko Jin-young (26) in 2nd, Park In-bi (33, KB Financial Group) in 3rd, and Kim Se-young (28, Mediheal) in 4th. Kim Hyo-joo (26, Lotte) swapped places with Danielle Kang (USA) to take 5th. Hataoka Nasa (Japan), the winner of the LPGA Tour Marathon Classic the day before, rose from 11th last week to 9th.
