According to Gangbuk-gu Office, around 9:47 a.m. that day, a wild boar appeared near the Bukhansan hiking trail. In response, police and employees from the Gangbuk-gu Office's Parks and Greenery Division immediately dispatched to the scene, and a hunter who received a support request shot the wild boar around 11:30 a.m.
