Hapcheon-gun Holds Boundary Decision Committee Meeting for Hapcheon 3 District and Others

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Soon-kyung] Hapcheon-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 5th that it has decided the boundaries regarding objections in the Yukye and Yuhaji districts and Hapcheon 3 District.
This committee decided the land boundaries for seven parcels including 716-7, Hapcheon-ri, Hapcheon-eup, where objections were filed. In addition, boundaries were determined for a total of 447 parcels: 194 parcels around 235-2, Yuhari, Chogye-myeon, and 253 parcels around 327-5, Yuhari, Chogye-myeon, which were set by cadastral re-survey and land with submitted opinions.
The county plans to send the boundaries decided by the Boundary Decision Committee to landowners and stakeholders. The Boundary Decision Committee was attended by nine members, including Chairman Judge Kang Young-sun of Changwon District Court Geochang Branch.
Landowners in Hapcheon 3 District, whose boundaries regarding objections were decided, must notify the competent authority within 60 days from the date of receiving the decision document whether they will appeal through administrative adjudication or administrative litigation.
Meanwhile, landowners in the Yukye and Yuhaji districts who have objections to the boundary decision may file an objection within 60 days from the date of receiving the notification. If no objection is filed, the boundaries will be finalized, adjustment payments settled, and new cadastral records created to complete the project.
