To receive compensation for medical expenses after treatment, applicants must submit a compensation claim form along with supporting documents to the health center.
If a disease, disability, or death occurs due to vaccination, an application can be made within 5 years from the date the vaccination damage occurred.
The compensation includes medical expenses (out-of-pocket costs), fixed nursing care fees, funeral expenses, and lump-sum death compensation.
Fees for certificates, intravenous fluids such as nutritional supplements, and physical therapy costs are excluded from the compensation payment.
