JSI Company, the largest shareholder of EN Corporation, announced on the 5th that its special related party, JSI Global, acquired convertible bonds (CB) of EN Corporation through the exercise of call options.
The number of convertible shares is 196,540, and the shareholding ratio held by the largest shareholder and others increased from 32.0% to 32.6%.
A representative of the largest shareholder of EN Corporation said, "By expanding our stake, we will strengthen management rights with confidence in the growth potential of the environmental business and the practice of responsible management," adding, "We will continue to expand our stake to strengthen management rights and enhance shareholder value."
