Bomap-Hyundai Marine & Fire Jointly Develop Insurance for Bear Robotics Serving Robot
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] Bomap announced on the 5th that it is jointly developing serving robot insurance with Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance and providing it to Bear Robotics, an AI autonomous driving robot company.
The nation's first AI serving robot dedicated insurance covers all accidents caused by device defects during robot operation. They conducted safety inspections and risk assessments to calculate appropriate insurance rates and developed specialized insurance tailored to Bear Robotics' serving robots.
Furthermore, through continuous collaboration, they plan to design robot-specific insurance products supplied to the global market to prepare for all risks occurring at domestic and overseas business sites.
