According to related industry sources on the 3rd, Lotte On has strengthened its range of various meat products preferred by campers to capture the demand of camping enthusiasts. In particular, they introduced a variety of large-capacity products so campers can enjoy barbecue generously. They launched various large-capacity packages that allow customers to purchase meat such as 1kg packs of Duroc black pork neck and 400g packs of Thank You Meat domestic Jeju black pork tomahawk at affordable prices.
Excel Beef, a premium U.S. beef brand, launched a new refrigerated couple pack exclusively for Coupang to coincide with the camping season. The Excel Cut couple pack contains over 400g of popular authentic steak cuts in one pack, offering chuck flap tail, chuck tender, and chuck eye roll in both raw meat and herb salt seasoning versions. Sirloin and ribeye steaks, which pair well as side dishes, were released in 300g packages.
Excel Cut beef is safely produced at IPC, which is HACCP certified, and applies the ‘Dafresh’ packaging method to maintain freshness. This advanced vacuum packaging method blocks the intrusion of microorganisms present in external air, making it safer to store even at campsites.
‘Foodjang,’ an online mall specializing in camping barbecue, introduced the ‘Whole Lamb Set,’ combining delicious cuts of lamb for the whole family to enjoy together. It is generously composed of lamb shoulder rack (500g), lamb square ribs (500g), and 8 lamb skewers (160g) to comfortably serve families of 4 to 6 people. Only popular cuts were selected, and it is expected to meet the high demand for family camping barbecues.
The lamb shoulder rack is a premium cut of lamb known for its savory and rich meat juice and elastic texture, making it popular among all ages and genders. The lamb square ribs are odorless and have a tender texture, making them widely liked.
