Korea Exchange to Transfer MCNEX Common Shares to KOSPI Market on the 6th
[Asia Economy Reporter Seongpil Cho] The Korea Exchange announced on the 2nd that MCNEX's common stock will be listed on the KOSPI market on the 6th.
Founded in 2004, MCNEX is a company that manufactures camera module-related video and audio devices. It entered the KOSDAQ market in 2012 and is now transferring its listing to the KOSPI market. A total of 17,863,482 common shares will be listed. Based on separate financial statements last year, sales amounted to 1.165 trillion KRW, and operating profit was 68.1 billion KRW.

The opening price will be determined between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM on the listing day by accepting bids within 90% to 200% of the public offering price, and the price at which the buy and sell bids match will be set.
