On the 1st, Kim Ki-hyun, floor leader of the People Power Party, stated, "The public will clearly remember the double-faced arrogance of the Democratic Party, which talks about normalizing the National Assembly while running it unilaterally behind the scenes."
Floor leader Kim said, "Our National Assembly has not returned to normal for over a year due to the Democratic Party's greedy monopoly," adding, "Yesterday morning, during a meeting chaired by the Speaker of the National Assembly, the floor leadership was negotiating the normalization of the National Assembly, but the Democratic Party suddenly declared the convening of the Legislation and Judiciary Committee at 1 p.m. in a surprise move." He continued, "The notice of convening was given only 42 minutes prior, at 12:17 p.m.," and "The Cabinet members seemed to be waiting in coordination with the Democratic Party and all attended the meeting."
Floor leader Kim criticized, "The main opposition party members were completely prevented from attending the meeting as part of a planned operation, and it is clear that the Democratic Party intended to unilaterally rush the passage alone," adding, "While negotiations between the ruling and opposition parties were ongoing, they pretended to negotiate on the surface but used a military operation-like tactic to forcibly convene the Legislation and Judiciary Committee behind the scenes."
Kim Do-eup, chairman of the People Power Party Policy Committee, also criticized the forced passage of the National Education Committee Establishment Act, saying, "It revealed the ambition to control even national education policies such as mid- to long-term education system improvements and the establishment of curriculum standards at will, just like the Moon Jae-in administration." Kim criticized, "There are concerns not only about inefficiency due to overlap between the Ministry of Education and the committee but also about internal conflicts in education policy and the risk of cementing specific education policies due to ideologically biased pro-government personnel."

Regarding the forced passage of the Small Business Loss Compensation Act, he also criticized it as a "fake loss compensation law," saying, "While countries like the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany set clear standards to compensate losses, our country implemented a primitive policy where the government and ruling party arbitrarily decide without properly grasping the scale of damage, cutting it like scissors."
