Nambu University Produces 'Self-Care' Video in the COVID-19 Era
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Nambu University (President Cho Seongsu) announced on the 30th that it has produced exercise videos for the 'Self-Care' movement to maintain health in the COVID-19 era.
The video production was carried out in collaboration with the Korean Physical Therapists Association and the Honam-Jeju Regional Headquarters of the National Health Insurance Service, led by Professor Min Beomil of the Department of Sports Leisure and Professor Yoo Seonghun of the Department of Physical Therapy.
The exercises were categorized by age groups: adolescents, middle-aged, and elderly, with demonstrations by students Lee Yongjin and Moon Jisoo from the Department of Sports Leisure.
