[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Tae-min] Jeil Construction announced on the 30th that subscription for ‘Paju Unjeong New Town Jeil Punggyeongchae 2nd Grand Venue’ will begin with a special supply on the 6th of next month.

Paju Unjeong New Town Jeil Punggyeongchae 2nd Grand Venue is located in Block A10 of Paju Unjeong New Town District 3, consisting of a total of 660 households from basement level 1 to a maximum of 23 floors above ground. The number of units by exclusive area is ▲59㎡ 172 units ▲84㎡ 318 units ▲104㎡ 170 units.

The average sale price was set at 12.76 million KRW per 3.3㎡ due to the application of the public land price ceiling system. For general supply, 70% of the supply is allocated to residents of other metropolitan areas outside Paju City. For units with an exclusive area of 85㎡ or less, 25% are allocated by lottery, and for units exceeding 85㎡, 70% are allocated by lottery, allowing applicants with insufficient points to still have a chance to win.

Since the model house opened on the 25th, the complex has attracted the attention of prospective applicants. The pre-visit reservation for the model house on the official website was closed early, and additional visit reservations requested by customers were also closed within about 20 minutes.
