KB Insurance Selects 101 for Voluntary Retirement... "Reemployment Based on Preference"
[Asia Economy Reporter Oh Hyung-gil] KB Insurance announced on the 30th that 101 people were selected as candidates through voluntary retirement applications.
They are scheduled to receive up to 36 months' worth of special retirement pay, job transition support funds, tuition fees, and health check-up expenses for themselves and their spouses. Additionally, they can choose a reemployment (contract) program according to their preference.
KB Insurance established a Career Development Center for specialized job transition support services and life redesign education, and held online briefings on the reemployment program and job transition support services before accepting voluntary retirement applications.
Accordingly, reemployment will be offered based on preferences for roles such as late-night and holiday automobile accident compensation consultation, agent training and development, and Frontier branch manager positions, utilizing their work experience.
