The Osan Segyo Regional Housing Association apartment project is a project to build 786 apartment units and neighborhood living facilities in the Seodong 39 area of Osan City, with a total construction cost of approximately 113.5 billion KRW (Hanyang's share about 70%, approximately 79.5 billion KRW). It will be constructed with 8 buildings from 2 basement floors to 29 floors above ground, and it is being carried out as a regional housing association project method where residents living within the same area form the association and promote the project directly.
With this order following housing projects worth about 900 billion KRW in the first half of this year in Cheonan and Hwaseong, Hanyang has achieved orders worth about 1 trillion KRW in the housing sector alone. Including the energy sector, such as the Goheungman and Haechangman floating solar power projects being promoted as future growth engines, the total order amount reaches approximately 1.3 trillion KRW.

To continuously secure high-quality orders, Hanyang plans to further enhance brand competitiveness and actively target non-residential business areas such as public bidding projects through local governments and LH, SH corporations, private proposal-type development projects, smart cities, logistics centers, and data centers. In addition, in the future energy sector, they plan to solidify the foundation for sustainable growth as a housing development and energy company by achieving results in currently ongoing projects such as onshore and floating solar power, biomass power generation projects, and the Northeast Asia LNG Hub terminal.
