View original image[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Industrial Complex Corporation Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters (Head Choi Jong-tae, hereinafter referred to as KIC Gyeonggi Headquarters) announced on the 24th that it has signed a business agreement with Ansan Fire Station (Chief Kim Seung-nam), Siheung Fire Station (Chief Han Seon), and the Smart Hub Employers Association (hereinafter Employers Association, President Chae Seong-wan) to promote a safety culture in the Banwol-Sihwa National Industrial Complex.
Through this agreement, each organization will cooperate to prevent large-scale fires within the industrial complex and spread a safety culture. Specifically, they plan to collaborate in various areas including ▲ sharing information necessary for fire prevention ▲ workplace safety inspections and education/training ▲ implementation of fire prevention measures by fire stations ▲ promotional activities to raise safety awareness ▲ and other support for tenant companies' safety management. Choi Jong-tae, head of KIC Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters, stated, "KIC is conducting various activities to prevent disaster accidents through the Industrial Complex Safety Committee," adding, "With this business agreement, we will establish a safety management system directly involving tenant company CEOs and create a safer industrial complex."
