Lotte Department Store Opens Mega Living Specialty Hall 'Maison Dongbusan'
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Lotte Department Store announced on the 23rd that it will open a mega living specialty store called ‘Maison Dongbusan’ at the Osiria Theme Park in the East Busan Tourism Complex on the 24th.
Maison Dongbusan is a standalone building with a sales area of 13,520㎡ (4,090 pyeong), where customers can find a total of 38 premium domestic and international living brands including furniture, sofas, and home appliances all in one place.
Representative comprehensive furniture brands include Hanssem, Livart, and Ilroom. In particular, Hanssem Design Park is a total home interior store covering 2,960㎡ (896 pyeong), showcasing over 1,000 products ranging from furniture to household goods. Customers can use one-stop services including consultation, installation, and after-sales service. Additionally, leading living brands such as Simmons, Ace, Tempur, Samsung Electronics, and LG Electronics are available, and the imported furniture select shop Wonderraum features premium imported brands like Muuto, String, and Wendelbo.
Recently, Lotte Department Store has been expanding new living content such as home styling specialty stores and experiential living content stores. Earlier in April, it opened the home styling curation shop ‘Maison Archive’ at the main branch. Targeting women in their 30s and 40s who are interested in home styling, the store houses over 70 interior accessory brands. Maison Archive plans to open additional stores this year at the Dongtan and Jamsil branches.
