By region, there are 3 cases in Changwon, 3 in Jinju, 2 in Namhae, and 1 each in Gimhae, Changnyeong, and Geochang.
The 3 confirmed cases in Changwon were tested due to symptom onset and were confirmed positive, classified as numbers 5082 to 5084.
The 3 confirmed cases in Jinju were all contacts of confirmed cases within the province, identified as a patient and caregivers at a medical institution in Jinju, classified as numbers 5075, 5076, and 5078.
The 2 confirmed cases in Namhae were contacts of confirmed cases within the province, tested positive and classified as numbers 5080 and 5081.
The 1 confirmed case in Gimhae was an acquaintance of a confirmed case within the province, tested positive and classified as number 5079.
The 1 confirmed case in Changnyeong was an acquaintance of a confirmed case related to a foreign restaurant in Changnyeong, tested positive in a pre-release quarantine test and classified as number 5085. This brings the total confirmed cases related to the Changnyeong foreign restaurant to 105.
The 1 confirmed case in Geochang was tested due to symptom onset, confirmed positive, and classified as number 5077.
