Barogo Provides 50,000 KRW Support Fund to Delivery Drivers Receiving COVID-19 Vaccination
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Barogo will provide financial support to delivery riders who have received the COVID-19 vaccine. This is to assist riders who delay vaccination for livelihood reasons or cannot take time off even after vaccination.
Barogo, a startup operating a last-mile logistics IT platform, announced on the 17th that it will provide 50,000 KRW to riders who have received the COVID-19 vaccine.
Amid the prolonged COVID-19 situation, Barogo decided to provide financial support so that riders, who are 'socially essential workers,' can get vaccinated with peace of mind.
Any rider delivering through the Barogo program who has received the COVID-19 vaccine after the 1st of this month can apply for the support fund.
Applications can be made through 'Barogo Play,' the online community within the Barogo rider application. Applicants must submit related documents such as a vaccination certificate issued from the Vaccination Helper website.
