Munin, Gwangju Buk-gu Mayor, Joins Public Delivery App Order Challenge
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yukbong] Moon In, the mayor of Buk-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, announced on the 16th that he participated in the "Eonneung Sikyeobureo" order challenge to promote the Gwangju Public Delivery App.
This campaign, involving Gwangju City, five autonomous districts, and seven public institutions, was prepared to activate the use of the Gwangju Public Delivery App (WEMAKEPRICE O), a public-private cooperative delivery platform, ahead of its official operation on the 1st of next month.
Mayor Moon, who participated in the challenge, ordered snacks through the delivery app to encourage the staff and volunteers at the Buk-gu COVID-19 Vaccination Center and also delivered a message supporting local small business owners.

Mayor Moon said, "The Gwangju Public Delivery App reduces the commission burden on small business owners and self-employed people and offers various benefits to users, such as the use of the Gwangju Sangsaeng Card and discount coupons," adding, "I hope many people use the Gwangju Public Delivery App, which is expected to greatly help revitalize the local economy."
