Publication of 'Real Estate Transaction Reporting Guidebook' in Gangseo-gu, Seoul
Distribution to 1,469 Real Estate Agencies in the Area with Case-Based Information Required for Real Estate Transactions

Gangseo-gu, Seoul (District Mayor Noh Hyun-song) announced that it has published the "Real Estate Transaction Reporting Guidebook" to enhance the expertise and practical capabilities of real estate brokers, and will distribute it to real estate brokerage offices in the area.
The guidebook, consisting of a total of 103 pages, contains various necessary information for real estate transactions, focusing on actual cases.
Recently, cases of violations in real estate transaction reporting, complaints related to real estate brokerage, and administrative sanctions have been increasing.
In response, the district has published this guidebook to provide updated policies and regulations related to real estate, offer accurate work manuals, and prevent brokerage accidents caused by the inexperience or negligence of real estate brokers.
The guidebook broadly covers essential information that real estate brokerage workers must know, including key points to check when reporting real estate transactions, various actual transaction reporting methods, the housing lease reporting system, and major contents of the Licensed Real Estate Agent Act.
In particular, it includes useful information to assist real estate brokerage practice, such as case-specific real estate brokerage complaints like deposit payments and insurance subscriptions, as well as Q&A on actual transaction reporting, making it a guide for providing high-quality brokerage services to real estate brokers.
A total of 1,500 copies of the guidebook have been produced and will be distributed to 1,469 real estate brokerage offices operating in the area, along with a leaflet summarizing the main contents of the book.
Additionally, the district has posted the guidebook in e-book format on the district office website so that anyone in need can access it.
A district official said, "We hope this guidebook will greatly help strengthen the practical capabilities of real estate brokers," and added, "We will continue to promote various real estate-related projects to protect residents' property rights and foster a sound brokerage culture."
