[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Ju Cheol-in] Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters stopped the operation of Hanul Nuclear Power Plant Unit 4 (Pressurized Water Reactor type, 1 million kW class) on the 15th and began the 15th planned preventive maintenance.
During 96 days, statutory inspections, fuel replacement, and power generation equipment inspection and maintenance will be conducted.
After completing the maintenance, it plans to resume power generation around mid-September after obtaining approval from the Nuclear Safety and Security Commission.
