One Corpse Bound with Steel Wire Found at Reservoir in Cheongyang, Chungnam

At 11:49 a.m. on the 13th, a body of unknown identity was discovered at Chilgapsan Reservoir in Daechi-myeon, Cheongyang-gun, Chungnam. A worker performing electrical work nearby spotted an object floating on the reservoir's surface and reported it to the police.
The body, floating about 8 meters from the shore, had a 0.5 cm thick steel wire tied around the waist, but the hands and feet were not bound.
