View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Sang-hyun] Goseong-gun, Gyeongnam announced on the 10th that starting from the 19th, it will operate the ‘Let's Go Together~ Gyeongnam Goseong Marine Healing Trail Walking Tour’ course around Haejigae Bridge, Namsan Park, and Sangjokam County Park in Goseong-eup.
The course includes the ‘Energy Road,’ which records changes in energy and blood sugar and allows participants to experience energy consumption and storage through power walking and the Nampalang exercise, and the ‘Naturalist Road,’ a mental healing course involving experiences such as the quadrupedal walking of Paleolithic people, exercise, meditation, and wish-making.
The Energy Road starts at Gokyong Village Dock and ends at Haejigae Coastal Trail, Namsan Park, and Sunam Yusuji Ecological Park, while the Naturalist Road starts at Sangjokam Cruise Dock and ends at Sangjokam and Maekjeonpo Port. Each course is within 5 km and takes about 6 hours.
Anyone can participate, and the participation fee is 6,000 KRW per person.
Applications can be made through the Tourism Goseong website, and the number of participants is limited to 25 per session.
