It is expected to improve the quality of life for citizens by establishing infrastructure facilities closely related to daily life such as sports, childcare, and culture.
The project cost, including land acquisition, is approximately 45 billion KRW. Pohang City entrusted the project to KAMCO, which has both expertise and stable financing capabilities, aiming to start the design competition in 2021 and complete construction by 2025.
