[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] Huh Chang-soo, Chairman of the Federation of Korean Industries, met with Shin Eun-chong, a reservist and national merit recipient of the Cheonan ship sinking incident, on the 8th to offer consolation in observance of the Month of Patriots and Veterans.
On that afternoon, Chairman Huh personally visited Shin's home, who has been battling illness for 11 years due to the Cheonan incident, and presented a monetary gift. Chairman Huh expressed his gratitude, saying, "Thanks to young warriors like Reservist Shin, who dedicated themselves to national security, the people and businesses have been able to focus on their livelihoods and management with peace of mind."
