This project involves constructing office facilities and neighborhood living facilities with 4 basement floors and 11 above-ground floors on Block D5-2 of Pangyo 2nd Techno Valley, located in Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do. The total construction cost is approximately 21 billion KRW.
