On the 7th, when mobile voting for party members to elect the People Power Party leader and Supreme Council members began, a People Power Party member was casting a mobile vote at the National Assembly. The electorate consists of approximately 328,000 members, including delegates to the party convention, responsible party members, and general party members. Voting will take place via mobile on the 7th and 8th, and through an automated response system (ARS) on the 9th and 10th. According to the People Power Party on the 7th, mobile voting was conducted for party member electors from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. that day, resulting in a turnout rate of 25.83%.
This surpasses the turnout rates of 20.57% in the February 27, 2019 convention, when mobile voting was introduced, and 20.89% in the 2017 convention.
