Due to COVID-19, the event was held online and included a star memorabilia auction.
Yuna Kim, former figure skating athlete and representative model of KB Financial Group; lyricist Kim Eana, currently appearing as a KB Insurance advertising model; webtoon artist Joo Ho-min; newly appointed head coach of the KB Insurance Stars volleyball team, Hoo In-jung; and KB Financial Group professional golf players Park In-bee, Jeon In-ji, Ahn Song-yi, and Oh Ji-hyun donated their memorabilia.
Since 2006, approximately 770,000 items have been donated over 16 years, and the sales proceeds have been used to support children from low-income and marginalized groups.
Earlier this year, KB Insurance established the 'ESG Strategy Unit' to formulate and implement ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) policies as part of an organizational restructuring, proactively responding to the trend of strengthening social and environmental responsibilities and laying the foundation for sustainable management.
