Seodaemun-gu, Tax and Housing Department Staff Training on Courtesy When Meeting Residents
From the 8th, a month-long kindness training for 23 departments and community centers... Training on 'Face-to-face Response Methods According to Service Trend Changes' and more
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Seodaemun-gu (Mayor Moon Seok-jin) announced on the 7th that it will conduct kindness training by visiting resident contact departments to improve civil service.
The targets are 14 community service centers and 9 departments with frequent civil visitor visits, including the Civil Affairs Passport Division, Tax Division, Housing Division, Traffic Administration Division, and Health Center.
The district identified areas for improvement through analysis of employee phone check results and on-site civil monitoring, and will conduct customized training tailored to each department's characteristics over 17 sessions for one month starting from the 8th of this month.
The training is conducted under the theme of ‘Civil Service Response Techniques and Customer Satisfaction Capability Enhancement,’ covering ▲phone and face-to-face response skills ▲response methods according to changes in service trends ▲response coaching according to each department's characteristics.
The district utilized the telephone response manual produced in April this year to conduct non-face-to-face special lectures for all employees and also provided civil service response training for new employees.
In particular, actively responding to the increasing demand for non-face-to-face services, the district strengthened kindness training by separately preparing lectures on telephone civil service response methods.
Additionally, the district is promoting ▲intensive training for employees with insufficient service response through regular kindness checks ▲monthly awards for kind employees recommended by residents ▲awards for outstanding civil service response employees.
