Ediya Coffee Provides Paid Leave to Employees Receiving COVID-19 Vaccination
[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] Ediya Coffee announced on the 7th that it will provide paid leave to all employees receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.
Regardless of any adverse symptoms, paid leave will be granted for two days: the day of vaccination and the following day. If two doses are required, employees can receive paid leave for four days.
After the vaccine leave, depending on individual health conditions, additional leave or personal annual leave will be encouraged to ensure sufficient rest.
