On the 4th, the Korea Exchange announced that it will conduct online M&A training for members of the ‘KRX M&A Brokerage Network’ to support M&A of SMEs. The KRX M&A Brokerage Network is an online platform created to support M&A and investment attraction between listed companies and SMEs, with a total of 705 companies currently registered.
This course is practically focused, covering considerations when conducting M&A corporate valuation and major legal issues related to M&A. The Exchange stated, “We expect this to help listed companies utilize M&A for new business ventures and innovative growth through the development of M&A professionals.”

The training will be held on the 24th from 1:30 PM to 5:40 PM. The application period is from the 7th to the 14th. Eligible attendees are executives and employees of corporate members of the KRX M&A Brokerage Network, with up to two participants per company. Only the first 40 applicants will be able to attend the training.
