"Refreshing Tastes Tired by the Heat" La Griglia Launches Summer Limited New Menu
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] SPC Group's Italian casual restaurant La Griglia announced on the 4th that it will launch a limited summer new menu.
The newly introduced menu features unique ingredients such as mackerel, perilla leaf pesto, and beef large intestines under the theme "Refresh your summer," designed to awaken taste buds tired from the heat. It consists of Mackerel Oil Pasta, Squid Perilla Leaf Pesto Pasta, and Secret Beef Large Intestine Oriental Risotto. Prices range from 17,900 to 21,900 KRW.
Two types of ade drinks, ‘Plum Refresh Ade’ and ‘Green Grape Refresh Ade,’ made with plum and green grapes, will also be released. Each is priced at 5,000 KRW.
