Gyeongsan City Semyung Hospital Installs 'Respiratory Dedicated Clinic' with Negative Pressure Facilities in Each Section
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-ho] Gyeongsan City announced that it has established a 'Respiratory Dedicated Clinic' at Semyung Hospital of Seomyeong Medical Foundation located in Jungbang-dong and began operations on the 3rd.
The Respiratory Dedicated Clinic is a facility focused on safely treating respiratory patients such as those with colds and flu, which are difficult to distinguish from COVID-19 symptoms.
Semyung Hospital's Respiratory Dedicated Clinic is separately sectioned in an external space with reception, interview room, waiting room, examination room, specimen collection room, and radiology room, separating the flow of respiratory fever patients from general patients.
In particular, to ensure the safety of medical staff and patients, each sectioned facility is equipped with negative pressure systems, and patient flow is maximized to allow safe separate treatment even for those with respiratory symptoms. The center operates on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
