RaonPeople Unveils 'AI Dental Solution' at Seoul International Dental Equipment Exhibition
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] RaonPeople announced on the 3rd that it will open a booth at the Seoul International Dental Equipment Exhibition (SIDEX) held at COEX for three days starting from the 4th, showcasing AI convergence medical solutions and related products including LaonCeph.
‘LaonCeph,’ unveiled by RaonPeople, is an AI dental solution approved by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety that automatically measures 54 landmark points required for dental image analysis in just 1 second to diagnose the patient’s orthodontic condition, and enables analysis and diagnosis within 1 minute. It allows immediate confirmation of post-treatment changes through fast and accurate diagnosis and simulation. It also has the advantage of rapid global market entry with patents applied domestically and internationally, including in the United States.
RaonPeople also plans to reveal at the exhibition AI software and other products that have completed development and received prior approval from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety as medical devices for exhibition purposes, as well as new products such as AI dental solutions. A RaonPeople official stated, “We will unveil a number of next-level AI dental solutions and software with patents unique to RaonPeople at this exhibition,” adding, “Through collaboration with dental diagnostic equipment companies, we aim to enter fields related to virtual AI orthodontic planning, dental plastic surgery, and aesthetics, and to secure a leading position in the global AI dental market.”

Meanwhile, RaonPeople’s AI-based sleep apnea video detection and diagnostic assistance software ‘Laon Sleep’ has been selected as the 11th innovative medical device designated by the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety in Korea.
