Andong City Municipal Choir Begins 'Visiting Concert'... 13 Locations Selected
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Choi Jae-ho] Andong City announced that on the 2nd at 2 PM, the municipal choir will hold a visiting concert titled 'A Heart Singing Flowers' at Onhye Elementary School in Dosan-myeon.
This performance will feature animation OSTs, classical choir, and ensemble programs designed to help nurture children's emotional development.
The Andong Municipal Choir provides local residents with opportunities to experience high-quality performances by a professional municipal arts group through its annual 'Visiting Concert.' After announcing in January each year, groups are selected through applications, and customized performances are held from June to October.
This year, a total of 17 groups applied, including 15 groups based in Andong City and 2 groups from the northern Gyeongbuk region. Among them, 13 groups, including Onhye Elementary School, were finally selected.

An official from Andong City stated, "The municipal choir is expanding the activities of Andong City's cultural promotion arts group and will deliver high-quality performances as the only municipal arts group in the northern Gyeongbuk region at the National Forest Healing Center in Yeongju City and the National Baekdudaegan Arboretum in Bonghwa County, outside Andong City."
