Expanding Consumer Choices with New 250ml and 500ml Product Launches
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Lotte Chilsung Beverage announced on the 1st that it will renew the packaging of the PET product of ‘Cheoeumcheoreom’.
The newly renewed ‘Cheoeumcheoreom’ PET product applied a design inspired by the soft Korean curves, simplicity, and neatness reflected in traditional pottery to the product packaging in order to express the representative attributes of ‘Cheoeumcheoreom,’ such as ‘softness’ and the image of ‘Korea’s representative soju.’
The ‘Cheoeumcheoreom’ PET features a transparent product package and a white-toned product label, and the bottle cap was changed to silver-gray, unlike existing soju products, adding color continuity and emphasizing the soft product image of ‘Cheoeumcheoreom.’
In addition, Lotte Chilsung Beverage launched new products in 250ml and 500ml sizes along with the package renewal. This was planned to meet the increasingly diverse consumer preferences due to the rise of home drinking and solo drinking, while expanding consumer choice through a variety of sizes.

Meanwhile, the newly introduced 250ml and 500ml products will be available from early this month, and the existing 400ml, 640ml, 1.0L, and 1.8L PET products will be available at discount stores and convenience stores from mid-month after the existing product inventory is depleted.
