NC, Netmarble, and Pearl Abyss Introduce COVID-19 Vaccine Leave (Comprehensive)

On the 28th, NCSoft announced, "Starting in June, employees will receive 1.5 days of paid leave when getting the COVID-19 vaccine."
NCSoft guarantees a half-day off on the day of vaccination and a full day off the following day. Through the first and second doses, employees can use a total of 3 days of paid leave.
An NCSoft representative said, "We decided to introduce vaccine leave to ensure smooth vaccination and sufficient rest for our members."
Netmarble has also been granting 2 days of leave for each of the first and second vaccine doses, totaling 4 days, since the 21st.
A Netmarble representative stated, "We introduced the vaccine leave system to expand employee health protection and contribute to the national goal of achieving herd immunity. We will continue to comply with health authorities' guidelines and make every effort to create a safe working environment."
Pearl Abyss also provides 2 days of paid leave per vaccination since the 17th, totaling 4 days including the second dose.
